Saif Ali Khan to host MasterChef India 2

Star Plus' Masterchef India dropped  Khiladi chef Akshay Kumar and rope in chhote nawab Saif Ali Khan to host season 2. The channel has approached Saif because of his fine taste for gourmet. The date diary of Akshay Kumar is full owing to prior engagements.

The channel feels that Saif has it in him. As he hails from a family of nawabs, good food has been a part and parcel of his life. Also the channel wants to ride on the wave of Bollywood stars appearing on television.
With more and more B-Town stars doing television shows, the channel is roping in Saif. They feel he, too, should try his hand at the small screen. 

The channel would be making the announcement once Saif gives his nod.
